MAILING MATERIALS TO MODULUSTapes, hard drives, data discs and other materials sent via UPS, Fed Ex, US Postal, etc. should be well-packed and labelled. If you are sending a hard drive please be sure to 1) back up important material prior to sending, 2) properly label the files you want us to access, 3) use a proper, well-padded box-within-a-box packing scheme, 4) don't forget to include the right power cable (we have plenty of firewire 400 and 800 cables), 5) email us the tracking number - very important!
SENDING MATERIALS VIA THE WEBClients can send files via email or upload files to our website via FTP. To protect header information, all audio files should be stuffed or zipped prior to sending. Files should have unique, short and appropriate names and multiple files should be grouped in named folders with appropriate labels, then zipped or archived prior to sending.
LOCATION - GENERAL INFOThe building is easy to spot - it looks like a submarine with a radio tower in the back parking lot - and it's located near the Charles River on Soldier's Field Road in Brighton between Telford St. and where Western Ave. crosses into the Arsenal St./Watertown area. It's recommended to access the building from Western Ave. near Waverly Street. Note: We are next door to RULE BROADCAST / BOSTON CAMERA CO. See the Google Map below. The building entrance has glass doors. Come up to the second floor and go to suite #7, end of the hall.
DIRECTIONS - DRIVINGIt's much easler to drive down Western Ave, look for the radio tower near Waverly Street and turn into the parking lot. There is plenty of free parking. Ignore the "Parking is Restricted" signs.
DIRECTIONS - VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONFrom the Red Line train CENTRAL SQUARE T station, the MBTA bus routes #70 and #70A go right down Western Ave. From the Green Line train at either CLEVELAND CIRCLE or RESERVOIR T stations, MBTA bus route #86 also comes down Western Ave. if you're on the bus on Western Ave, coming from either direction, look for the radio antenna or Big Daddy's Pizza, get off at the Litchfield St. bus stop and you'll be right in front of the building.
