Below are some answers to common questions about DVD Authoring at Modulus. |
- Q: Where do I send materials for a DVD Authoring project?

A: Materials can be dropped off, sent via UPS ground or if files are under 1 GB in size they can be uploaded and sent via FTP.
- Q: How long does it take to finish a DVD master?

A: Generally, from the time we receive all the materials to the time we send out a first ref disc, takes about 2-3 days to finish a simple DVD project, and anywhere from 3-5 working days to finish and QC a more complex DVD.
If you ordered an Authoring Package, there should be some information for estimating the turn around time. If you ordered Custom DVD Work you will receive a time estimate as part of the work agreement.
